Software for agency leaders & sales teams

Your team should be selling. Not chasing updates.

Leads in WhatsApp. Follow-ups in spreadsheets. Customer requests waiting for someone to act. Bring the work together with a clear owner, a next action and a due date.

For individual agencies and team leaders—not a replacement for your principal company's systems.

Does this sound familiar?

The problem is not always effort. It is work with no clear owner.

When the next step lives in someone's memory, the agency leader becomes the reminder system. Start with the workflows that cause the most chasing.

01 / Leads

“Who is following up with this prospect?”

A lead arrives in a chat, moves to a spreadsheet and disappears from view when the team gets busy.

How we address it

One contact record, an assigned owner and a recorded next action. Keep interaction history attached to the customer rather than scattered across updates.

02 / Follow-ups

“We spoke last week. What happened next?”

Opportunities sit at the same stage because the next conversation has no date or person responsible.

How we address it

Stage-based pipelines, follow-up tasks and overdue reminders. Review stalled opportunities without asking everyone to reconstruct the week.

03 / Service

“The customer asked. Has anyone dealt with it?”

Post-sale requests stay in chat threads, with no shared view of what is open, overdue or resolved.

How we address it

An assigned service queue with categories, deadlines and escalation rules. Link each request to the customer and record the resolution.

04 / Onboarding

“What is still missing before this member can start?”

Documents and onboarding steps arrive separately. Someone has to chase every missing item.

Optional onboarding module

Recruitment stages and onboarding checklists show the owner, completed steps and missing documents. This tracks preparation—not regulatory approval.

05 / Materials

“Is the team using the latest approved version?”

Old presentations and different instructions keep circulating because the current version is hard to find.

Optional learning & content module

A versioned approved-content library and assigned lessons give members a defined place to find materials and show completion.

06 / Handover

“A member left. Who owns the customers now?”

Records are tied to individuals, so customer history and unfinished tasks can get lost during a handover.

Included agency foundation

Role-based access, controlled reassignment and access removal. Keep the agency's shared records available to the people authorised to continue the work.

The recommended starting offer

Sales & Service Control.

A focused starting set for customer records, follow-ups and post-sale requests. Add recruitment, learning or advanced reporting only when your workflow needs them.

One agency · one branch · 20 named users
RM15,300 one-time setup
+ RM1,090 / month

Four modules: agency foundation, lead & customer management, sales pipeline & follow-up, and customer-service tracking.

First 12 months: RM28,380, including setup and 12 monthly fees. Taxes, external services and optional additions are excluded.

Request a scope discussion

No payment is collected on this page.

Proposed solution—not available for immediate signup. The underlying agency application has not yet been built. Listed fees are proposed configuration and hosted-access prices for reusable modules once built and tested; they do not cover first-time bespoke development. Scope, availability, delivery dates and final terms must be confirmed in writing before any commitment or payment.
01 / Agency foundation

Control who can see and do what.

One branded workspace, three standard roles, private files, audit history, controlled exports and access removal.

04 / Leads & customers

Stop rebuilding customer history.

Shared contacts, assigned ownership and interactions. One enquiry form and one clean CSV import of up to 2,000 contacts.

05 / Pipeline & follow-up

Make the next step visible.

Two pipelines with up to eight stages each, assigned next actions, due dates and overdue reminders.

08 / Customer service

Keep requests from falling between people.

One service queue with three categories, owners, deadlines, escalation rules and recorded resolutions.

Shared capacity: up to 20 named login users, 10,000 contacts and 10 GB of documents across the agency—not separate quotas per module. Basic lists, counts and overdue views are included; a combined management dashboard is optional.

Proposed handover includes permission and reminder tests, an admin guide, one 90-minute remote administrator-training session and one configuration-review round. Record/file backup coverage and restore checks must be verified before delivery.

Choose the work you need to control

A modular offer.
Not an all-or-nothing purchase.

The required agency foundation is charged once. Each additional module adds its own setup and monthly fee; dependent modules are included automatically in the estimate.

Keep the core. Adapt the workflow.

Your sector needs its own records—not five separate systems.

Each optional extension covers one sector workflow and up to ten sector-specific fields. Choose the relevant extension, not all five.

Before anyone commits

Start with the bottleneck.
Agree the scope before the build.

01

Map the work.

Walk through how enquiries arrive, who follows up, where records live and what leaders chase. Use fictional or redacted examples—not live customer records.

02

Confirm the proposal.

Agree selected modules, permissions, capacity, development requirements, delivery availability, fees and acceptance tests in writing. Do not treat this catalogue as a confirmed delivery date.

03

Test, hand over and start.

Once implementation is authorised, verify the agreed workflows, access controls and record/file restores, train the administrator and start the hosted term from accepted go-live.

The boundaries matter

Clear scope. No hidden promise.

Setup and subscription are different.

Proposed setup payment is 50% at commencement and 50% at acceptance. The proposed hosted commitment is 12 months from accepted go-live. No payment or subscription begins through this page.

Maintenance is not unlimited admin help.

Proposed monthly access covers standard hosting, agreed record/file backups, defect fixes and security maintenance within scope. Backup timing, retention and service arrangements must be documented before acceptance.

Extra help is optional.

Administration support: RM1,000/month for up to four staff-hours during business hours, with no rollover. Additional administration: RM200/hour. Custom code: RM250/hour or fixed scope. These are subject to confirmed capacity; no 24/7 or guaranteed repair-time promise.

Your agency owns its data.

Agency data and agreed export rights stay with you. The vendor retains software intellectual property. Hosted access depends on an active subscription; source-code ownership, exclusivity and perpetual access are not included.

External services are separate.

Taxes, external licences, messaging/email usage, large or unclean migrations and integrations are excluded. Extra named users are proposed at RM30/user/month across the agency, not per module; increased capacity must be confirmed.

We do not replace regulated or principal systems.

There is no promised sales uplift, regulatory approval, accredited CPD, principal-system connection or money movement. Agency receipts/splits are optional and normally unnecessary when the principal pays members directly.

Before you enquire.

Do we have to buy every module?
No. The foundation is required once, and you choose additional modules with their dependencies. The recommended sales-and-service set contains 01, 04, 05 and 08. Advanced combined reporting is optional.
Can this connect to our principal company's system?
Only where authorised access is available and the integration is separately scoped. A submission made by your agency is not automatically a principal-confirmed result.
Can we use WhatsApp with this?
The proposal is designed to record customer interactions and next actions. Automatic WhatsApp sending or synchronisation is not included in the listed fees; approved access, consent, provider charges and integration scope would need confirmation.
Is the agency software already available?
No. This page presents the proposed offer for discovery and scope discussions. The underlying agency application has not yet been built. Module prices assume a reusable product once built and tested; first-time bespoke development is a separate decision and cost.
Will this guarantee more sales?
No. The proposed workflows make ownership, follow-ups and overdue work visible. Actual results depend on your process, data quality, adoption and execution; there is no revenue or return-on-investment guarantee.
A practical next step

What is your team still chasing by hand?

Request a discovery call around one bottleneck. We can use that workflow to define the right starting scope—not sell every module at once.

  • How your agency currently handles the work.
  • Where ownership or follow-up breaks down.
  • Which modules and sector records are relevant.
  • What must be confirmed before implementation.

This is an enquiry, not a booking or order. Submitting does not confirm a call time, product availability or delivery commitment.

Business contact details only. Do not include customer/learner records, identity numbers, financial statements, passwords or other sensitive data. Enquiries are saved privately on this site's server for review; this form does not send an automatic email or confirm a call time.

How does Sales Solution help agency leaders?
